Why does the screw ice water machine experience three-phase power failure

There are four reasons for the "three-phase power failure" of the screw chiller: the power supply is not connected, the fuse is blown, the power voltage is unstable or the phase sequence is incorrect, and the transformer is damaged. The troubleshooting methods and their solutions are as follows:
1. We need to first investigate the situation where the workshop is out of power and the power supply is not properly plugged in. This usually indicates that other equipment in the workshop is not working, or the power plug of the screw chiller is not properly plugged in, causing the equipment to not be powered on, resulting in a three-phase power failure.
The solution is to check the power wiring of the ice water machine in sections to see if there is any open circuit, and if the power plug is damaged or aged. If so, repair the circuit or replace it with a new plug or wiring to solve the problem.

2. If the workshop current is unstable or a short circuit occurs, causing the fuse to blow, it can also cause a "three-phase power failure".
The solution is to replace the fuse with a new one
3. When the refrigerator is powered on, the occurrence of this fault code is often due to unstable voltage, undervoltage, overvoltage, or phase loss, incorrect phase sequence, or failure of the phase sequence protector, resulting in power failure.
The solution is to check whether the transformer and other components are damaged if the voltage is unstable; Check if the phase sequence is correct, and solve it by swapping any two phase lines; The phase sequence protector is damaged and needs to be replaced;
4. Damaged transformers can cause faults such as undervoltage and overvoltage in the power supply, which requires maintenance of the transformer. Generally, the occurrence of "three-phase power supply failure" is one of the four reasons mentioned above. Through easy to difficult troubleshooting, the true cause of the fault can be found step by step. If the manufacturer encounters such problems, it is recommended to first investigate the power supply problem, such as whether the power plug is aging and causing poor contact, leading to the occurrence of this fault code.
