Once the exhaust pipe temperature of the refrigeration compressor of a screw freezer is too high, it will immediately cause the lubricating grease and its refrigerant to undergo decomposition reactions under the catalytic reaction of metal materials. When applied, it will also be converted into acid chemicals, mineral acid carbon, and water that are harmful to the refrigeration compressor.
The deposition of mineral acid carbon on the automatic exhaust valve not only damages its sealing, but also increases the frictional resistance of fluidity. If the detached carbon residue is removed from the refrigeration compressor, it will block capillaries and air dryers. Acid chemicals can corrode the various components of industrial chiller refrigeration units and the insulation layer materials of electrical equipment.
During the entire process of practical operation of a screw refrigerator, it is necessary to reasonably check the overheating of its refrigeration compressor. If the overheating is severe, it can cause the piston rod to swell too much and get stuck in the cylinder, and also cause damage to the built-in motor of the sealed refrigeration compressor.
