At present, low efficiency often occurs in the use of industrial water chiller equipment. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. Only by comprehensively understanding this problem can we find corresponding solutions to improve the efficiency of industrial electric equipment.
Human operation error. Although the refrigeration equipment of most chiller manufacturers is not too cumbersome in use, some basic contents are often neglected in long-term use. It can also be said that because the user is the operator for the first time on the machine and has no experience in the use of the equipment, the refrigeration equipment operator needs to have professional skill training before starting the machine operation, and the refrigeration machine can only be allowed to start the machine operation after all are qualified.
Improper maintenance may cause scaling of important equipment components, that is, improper maintenance may easily lead to inefficient operation of equipment. If serious scaling occurs in the condenser group, the heat exchange effect will be affected and the overall operation efficiency of the equipment will be low. In this case, in addition to the condenser, which is easy to scale, the transmission mechanism and other parts will be seriously worn, and it is easy to cause low equipment efficiency.
The load of the unit is large when it is running, because the water chiller will make the unit load too large during production, while the load conversion rate of the general refrigeration unit is 80%, which can achieve greater efficiency, but it is often difficult to achieve this in the actual production process, which naturally leads to low product efficiency. If the ambient temperature changes too much, the operating factors that need to be noticed will also be different under different temperatures of the refrigeration equipment, such as cooling power, etc. Generally speaking, there will be an air conditioning exhaust system in the chiller plant to cool the surrounding air and keep the refrigeration equipment in a constant temperature environment. But if the device that controls the ambient temperature goes wrong, its working efficiency will go wrong.
