What should be paid attention to when the screw chiller is started

When using the screw chiller, the refrigeration equipment operator should make some preparations before starting the chiller, so as to prevent the chiller fault alarm caused by the cutter licking blood under abnormal conditions. The equipment operators should carefully read the operating instructions of the screw chiller and the technical training content provided by the chiller manufacturer, operate and protect the chiller strictly according to the process, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the screw chiller.
We should pay attention to the following points when operating the screw chiller:
1. In general, the voltage scale of compressor and other components is not allowed to exceed 10% of the additional voltage. If the unit shows unstable voltage or lack of balance during operation, the compressor, water pump and other motor components will be burned seriously. Therefore, it is very important to check whether the power supply voltage value of the screw chiller is the same as the voltage and frequency marked on the equipment. In addition, it is also necessary to check whether the wiring of the electric control parts of the chiller, such as contactors, sensors and other components is firm.
2. After checking the circuit of the screw chiller, we should also check whether the water system (perhaps including the cooling water system, chilled water system and water supply source) works normally, such as whether the valve on the water circulation pipeline has been opened.
3. After checking the electric control system and water circulation system, it is also necessary to check the refrigeration system. Here, we usually check the high pressure gauge and low pressure gauge on the screw chiller. We can determine whether the refrigerant and system of the chiller are normal after watching the success or failure of the above pressure values. If the pressure value is zero or the high and low pressure are beyond the normal scale, then we need to check the fault before the cutter licks the screw chiller.
4. To ensure the long and stable operation of the screw chiller, the operator needs to know more about the relevant common sense of the chiller, such as component composition and working principle, standard operating procedures and maintenance common sense. Of course, it would be better if there were a special person to operate and protect the chiller.
