What are the common faults of screw chiller
The high-pressure fault is caused by the high discharge pressure of the compressor of the screw chiller, resulting in the action of the high-pressure protection device. The causes of high-pressure fault include high cooling water temperature and poor condensation effect. Insufficient cooling water flow, blocked condenser, excessive refrigerant, etc.

The low pressure fault of screw chiller is caused by too low suction pressure. Due to the mortgage protection device of the system, too low mortgage will cause poor heat dissipation of the compressor cooled by the return air, and it is easy to damage the motor. Factors causing mortgage failure include insufficient refrigerant, low refrigerant flow, blocked evaporator, insufficient heat exchange, and electrical false alarm. The bottom valve temperature fault is related to the expansion valve, which represents the evaporation temperature at the outlet. Factors causing low valve temperature include: less refrigerant, blocked or small open valve of expansion valve, insufficient refrigerant water flow, blocked evaporator or alarm caused by electrical failure.
The detection principle of compressor overheat fault is that there is a thermistor in the winding of the compressor motor. When the resistance overheats, the resistance value increases rapidly. At this time, the overheat protection device acts to cut off the power of the screw chiller motor. The factors causing overheating fault include large compressor current, long overload time, motor overcurrent caused by electrical fault, and the overheating protection device is broken and cannot be protected. Another common fault of screw chiller is communication fault, which is usually caused by the disconnection of communication cable or the failure of electronic components
