This usually indicates that other equipment in the workshop is not working, or the power plug of the screw chiller is not properly plugged in, causing the equipment to not be powered on, resulting in a three-phase power failure.
The solution is to check the power wiring of the ice water machine in sections to see if there is any open circuit, and if the power plug is damaged or aged. If so, repair the circuit or replace it with a new plug or wiring to solve the problem.
