Water cooled screw chiller is also a kind of water chiller. Since its main components use screw compressor, its name can be called water cooled screw chiller. Its chilled water temperature range is 3 ℃~20 ℃. The water-cooled chiller can be widely used in various industrial refrigeration processes such as plastics, electroplating, pharmacy, printing, electronics, chemical industry, food processing, etc., or in various central air-conditioning projects such as shopping malls, factories, hotels, hospitals, etc., where chilled water is required for centralized cooling. 1、 Product features of water chiller:
(1) The models have single compressor or multi compressor combined refrigeration system. The compressor can automatically operate alternately according to the load change, balancing the operating hours of each compressor, so as to save energy consumption and extend the service life of the chiller. It is convenient for energy regulation and can save more energy under partial load.

2、 System composition of water-cooled chiller:
The water-cooled chiller is mainly composed of semi closed screw compressor, shell and tube condenser, drying filter, thermal expansion valve, shell and tube evaporator, electrical control part, etc.
3、 Working principle of water-cooled chiller:
During the refrigeration of water-cooled chillers, the compressor sucks the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant in the evaporator into the cylinder. After the compressor works, the refrigerant vapor is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which enters the condenser through the exhaust pipe. The refrigerant gas with high temperature and pressure exchanges heat with the cooling water in the condenser, transferring heat to the cooling water to take away, and the refrigerant gas condenses into a high-pressure liquid. The high-pressure liquid from the condenser enters the evaporator after throttling and depressurization by the thermal expansion valve. In the evaporator, the low pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat of the chilled water and vaporizes, which cools the chilled water and becomes the required low temperature water. The vaporized refrigerant gas is sucked in again by the compressor for compression and discharged into the condenser. In this way, it circulates continuously, so as to cool the chilled water.
The chilled water from the water-cooled chiller enters indoor fan coil units, variable air volume air conditioners and other end devices, where it exchanges heat with the convection air indoors. During this process, the temperature of the water rises because it absorbs the heat of the indoor air (dissipates heat to the indoor air), while the temperature of the indoor air drops after passing through the indoor heat exchanger. Driven by the fan, it is sent into the room, thus reducing the indoor air temperature, The chilled water after the temperature rise will enter the unit again under the action of the water pump, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous refrigeration.
