1. The condensers used in small refrigeration equipment mainly include air cooled condenser and water cooled condenser. According to different types of condensers, the methods of cleaning scales are also different. Here are two types of condenser maintenance commonly used: air cooled condensers use air as the cooling medium. Because there is often dust in the air, some of the dust will stick to the outer surface of the condenser fins. Over a long period of time, the heat dissipation effect of the condenser will become worse, especially in places where the environment is relatively harsh, so they should be cleaned regularly. The cleaning method is: the pure dust can be purged with compressor air, etc. If there is much dirt, the radiating tubes and fins should be cleaned with a non corrosive cleaning agent to improve the heat dissipation effect.
2. For water-cooled condenser, the main problem is to remove scale. The cleaning cycle depends on the water quality, and those with poor water quality shall be cleaned at least once a year; If the water quality is good, it can be cleaned once every 2-3 years.
3. The condenser equipped with small water-cooled chiller can be cleaned with special cleaning fluid for heat exchanger. The specific operation method is: remove the condenser, drain the accumulated water, and then wash the liquid in the pipe until there is a liquid outlet at the water outlet. The cleaning solution can be discharged after it stays in the condenser for 20~30min. Repeat this for two or three times, then install the connecting pipe between the cooling water pipe and the condenser, open the cooling water valve and flush for 10~20min, and the anti scaling and cleaning work is completed.
